Polar Ice Growing, Thickening

by JASmius

Al Gore, leftwingnut extremist global warming hoaxsters hardest hit:

Europe’s CryoSat-2 satellite found that sea-ice volumes for the fall of 2014 were above the average extent for the last five years. Sea-ice levels were up sharply from 2011 and 2012, according to the satellite– only slightly lower than 2013 levels.

In 2013, CryoSat-2 found that Arctic sea ice levels increased 50% at the end of the region’s melting season. Arctic sea-ice coverage reached 2,100 cubic miles by that time, up from 1,400 cubic miles during the same time in 2012.

“The Antarctic is actually growing and all the evidence in the last few months suggests many assumptions about the poles was wrong,” Dr. Benny Peiser, director of the Global Warming Policy Forum, told the U.K. Express.

If climatology were actually run by, you know, scientists - or, at the least, scientists that weren't afraid to defend science, the numbers of whom are beginning to grow exponentially as the utter dearth of evidence supporting anthropogenic global warming has become impossible to embargo - this error would be taken into account and the theory of "climate disruption" would be updated and modified accordingly.  That's the way science is supposed to work: You gather observational and empirical data on a subject and formulate theories to explain it.  If you take in subsequent data that contradict those theories, you don't become emotionally attached to the obsolete theory and throw out the data, you throw out the theory and come up with a better one that fits the facts.  That's how we learn about the world around us, and yes, our effect - or lack thereof - on it.

Science, in other words, is supposed to be an ongoing search for knowledge, and it is based upon the truth that facts are objective, not subjective.  The global warming hoax conspiracy is not about truth or knowledge or learning, it's about politics and greed and elitism and statist tyranny.  Marxist extremists pollute and debase everything they touch in a relentless, compulsive, obsessed drive to control everything and everyone, while exempting themselves from the disastrous results of their always-promised utopianist fantasies.

Ironically, it's as much of a cycle as is the sun-driven ebbs and flows of Earth's climate.  Every generation seems to have to learn the folly and bankruptcy of leftism firsthand and the hard way.

Save for the occasional magnetic storm, Sol is a comparatively benevolent mistress.
