The 114th Congress should reclaim the authority that previous legislators delegated to executive agencies, and that Barack Obama just plain stole, if they're willing, and if they're able; and there's the rub; and Congressional Republicans meet to plot their next moves, and the first one is aimed squarely at Obamnesty.
