The Prying Eyes of the Elite

By Douglas V. Gibbs

The Fourth Amendment of the Constitution directly addresses illegal search and seizure.  For a century the Internal Revenue Service has violated that clause.  Recently, the IRS has targeted groups considered to be political enemies of the White House.  Now, with the advent of technology, the trampling of the Constitution in regards to our right to be secure in our persons, houses, papers and effects, perpetrated by the allies and minions of the current administration, is moving forward at full throttle.

What we are seeing being perpetrated by the federal government is what the founders called "Tyranny."  During the chronological approach of the American Revolution the British Crown issued "Writs of Assistance," which were general warrants that, in the name of security and seeking to quell dangerous activity, allowed the Red Coats to indiscriminately search any person, home, or business.  Today, with the use of technology by the liberal left dominated government, assisted by a biased judiciary, U.S. Senate, and corporate world, the minions of the Obama administration are using technology to search, and monitor any home, and any person in a manner not unlike the Writs of Assistance.

Tyranny is upon us, and everybody seems to be fine with it.  The Constitution has become a forgotten document.  It is considered by today's statists as being antiquated and outdated.

The last time I checked, liberty is not something that goes out of style.

The distractions of society, and technology, has numbed our culture so that it is unable to recognize, nor is willing to defend itself, against the advances of tyranny.  That is why it is so important for us to do what we can to learn the Constitution, and restore the republic.
